Show Stock Select keeps things simple. This page explains what we collect and why.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, how many people open the comparison tool and how often visitors click through to an auction listing. We use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization enabled) and Cloudflare Web Analytics. We collect aggregate usage data only; we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Outbound links

When you click a link from a listing to an auction site, we record that a referral happened and add standard tracking tags to the destination link so the auction platform can credit the referral. We do not attach any personal information to these links.

Your account

If you sign in, we store your email address and the lots you save so your board is there when you return. Your board is private — we never share which specific lots you personally saved, and your email is never included in analytics events.

Aggregate insights

We may look at aggregate, anonymized trends across all boards — for example, how many different people saved a particular lot — and share that aggregate demand with sellers. These figures are counts only: they never identify you or reveal any individual's board.
